I focus my core services helping local Oxfordshire/Berkshire customers to streamline their business processes by utilising Microsoft 365 cloud based tools that customers often have included in their various Microsoft 365 licencing.

Although I work remotely with many customers both in the UK and overseas, I find that keeping it local, I can visit onsite when needed, sit with staff and identify where I can most easily add value. This includes training their staff on how to use the tools themselves.

CoPilot for Microsoft 365

With the roll out of Microsoft CoPilot across a range of services including Microsoft 365, many companies require assistance in understanding how these new tools can be used, what they receive within their Microsoft 365 licences and what additional licences provide.

I provide half day or one day workshops for customers to experience CoPilot, review use cases, identify opportunities and plan an initial deployment project. The workshop includes the use of CoPilot Studio.

The workshops are delivered in a classroom style to up to 10 staff. They can also be delivered online.

Business Processes

A business process could be as simple as automatically uploading an email attachment to a customer cloud folder.

Even more complex processes such as recording site monitoring using a mobile device to capture issues etc are very straight forward to create these days using tools such as Nintex workflow cloud and Microsoft Power Platform.

A typical engagement starts with an onsite "day in the life of" type review with company staff. Any business process, particularly using automation tools should add value, be more efficient, save time and remove human error.

Microsoft 365 Migration

With many companies still migrating between Microsoft 365 tenants, moving from Google or on premises, experienced consultant based assistance can be highly beneficial.

I offer a range of migration services from setting up a new Microsoft 365 tenant, best practice security setup, planning migrations of emails and documents typically from Google, on premises Exchange or File shares and carrying out the migration.

With a background in SharePoint I focus on user adoption, migration and training to create a simple but efficient document management solution.

I then provide staff training to ensure adoption.

Training

I offer both onsite training as well as virtual training sessions based on delivering bite sized sessions on tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.

Training typically starts with an onsite visit to carry out a simple training needs analysis after which recommendations on training can be made.

Often the training can be included as part of new hire inductions.
